This platform contains details of training courses, which the Association of Timeshare Sales Professionals-International known as [ATSPI] is proposing to run from January 2005. ATSPI reserves the right to amend any course details, including fees, prior to enrolment on a course in the light of unforeseen changes in resources or other similar circumstances. ATSPI also reserves the right to decide that a course which has started will not continue to run, if student numbers or any other factor makes it impractical to do so. Certification requirement, course material and content are strictly based on internal policies, rules and requirements of ATSPI, and are not associated with any external organism outside of ATSPI. Upon completion of a course students will be given the option to purchase a certificate of course completion. In addition student will receive by mail a Certificate issued by ATSPI. This documentation may be used to enhance professional development.

Certificates resulting from the completion of this course will not reflect and/or constitute certification, degrees, course credit or licenses from accredited institutions of any kind. Receiving a course certificate from ATSPI constitutes the level of participation of the students during the online class based on the internal grading policy, terms and conditions set by ATSPI.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ATSPI, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, successors or assigns or other representatives be liable, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence-whether active, passive or imputed), product, training liability, strict liability or other theory, to you or any other person for any damages (including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with any use of, inability to use, or results of use of, this Web Site or any content on this Web Site even if ATSPI or its representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Upon completion of the CTSP –- Certified Timeshare Sales Professional course, the Participants will receive the following designation from
the Association of Timeshare Sales Professionals-International [ATSPI]:
Certified Timeshare Sales Professional - CTSP.

The Sales Professional will also be included in the "Registry of Certified Timeshare Sales Professionals [CTSP]"

- For the Certified Timeshare Sales Professional - CTSP and the FREE lessons: --Although these courses do not have a formal time frame in which it is to be completed, our recommendation is the sooner the participant completes the course the better.

Progress Reports and Feedback will be made available to each participant with a valid email address.

- Other courses such as Private/Coaching or Training Manuals might have a duration or time frame, please check with your direct supervisor or sales center for more information.
